Ian Willis began his real estate career with Wilsons Estate Agency in 2005, initially working within the property management department. It was quickly recognised that Ian possessed a natural ability for communication, negotiation, and client service, leading him to undertake specialised training in sales negotiation and marketing.
In 2008, Ian transitioned into residential sales and has since built a strong reputation across the Peninsula market, successfully selling hundreds of properties throughout his career. Known for his honest approach, local knowledge, and strong negotiating skills, Ian has become a trusted name for both buyers and sellers alike.
In recognition of his contribution to the business and consistent results, Ian was offered the opportunity to become a partner in the company in 2019, a role he proudly accepted. Today, alongside continuing to work closely with clients, Ian also oversees the sales team and plays a key role in mentoring and developing staff within the agency.
Born and raised on the Peninsula, Ian is passionate about the local community and the lifestyle the area offers. He and his wife are now raising their two children locally, continuing their strong family ties to the region.
Outside of real estate, Ian has long been heavily involved in local sport, most notably through his involvement with the Woy Woy Roosters JRLFC, where he has contributed significant time supporting junior rugby league and the wider community.
