Andrew Quilkey asked me to provide feedback on his services and I am happily writing this reference letter. As our real estate agent, we bought our property in Woy Woy Bay via Andrew in 2014 and when we decided to sell in 2020 there was no hesitation about who we would engage based on the first positive experience.

Andrew is a rarity in the estate agent business in the way he conducts himself. We really don’t like the stereotypical version of a comission-based salesmen who will say and do anything to make a sale and only talks to the ‘man of the house’. Andrew is the antithesis of this being honest, approachable and upfront. 27 February 2016 Having purchased our first investment property in Woy Woy, we needed a property manager who knew the area. With a strong handshake and a friendly smile we chose Greg Quilkey and the team at Wilsons Estate Agency. Their business offered an old fashioned personalised service. Their professionalism and knowledge of the Real Estate industry won us over. Wilsons have been a family business and part of the Woy Woy community for many years. We were living in Sydney at the time, so we needed a manager who was practical and who we could trust to keep us informed so we didn’t have to make frequent trips to the property to check on things.
